Umpire Information

Umpire must be 13 years of age on or before May 1st to apply as an umpire.

Umpires are considered independent contractors (meaning they are not employees of Elmbrook Little League)

Fees to be an umpire for EBLL:

• $40 FOR ALL NEW UMPIRES TO EBLL REGARDLESS OF EXPERIENCE (COVERS EXPENSES FOR SHIRT, HAT, BRUSH, & CLICKER, RULE BOOK and the licensing fee for the Arbiter tool (this is what we use to schedule and pay umpires))

• $25 FOR ALL RETURNING UMPIRES (COVERS EXPENSES FOR NEW SHIRT, RULE BOOK and the licensing fee for the Arbiter tool )

• $8 FOR ALL RETURNING UMPIRES if you have the approved EBLL umpiring shirt. The $8 cover the licensing fee for the Arbiter tool.

Umpire Training will be held in April (dates to be determined).  Returning umpires who wish to move up to a new level will need to come to a meeting.
